Bad advice, incorrect invoice, no exchange allowed. We were required to get dark grey fences (wallaby, which isn't actually available in fences.) Advised to get woodland grey and quoted $1700. Placed the order over phone the following day and were told woodland grey isn't available, had to get 'windspray' which is 'the closest to wallaby you can get' then we were charged $2300. Invoice was corrected straight away, however the fence turned up and was almost white meaning we can't use it, so now we have to order another fence and $1700 out of pocket because they refuse to exchange. Go elsewhere.
